What is causing my neck pain?

Shoulder Pain

What is causing my shoulder pain?

Shoulder pain is an incredibly common reason individuals come see us. Most of the time, this type of pain is a direct result of physical activities such as playing sports, manual labor and even the simplest (yet repetitive) movements such as brushing your hair. The shoulder is the most mobile joint in the entire body with an enormous range of motion. You may hear stories that only surgery can provide relief from shoulder pain. Hip Pain

What is causing my hip pain?

Hip pain can be caused by a direct injury or from other underlying injuries such as a hernia. Many individuals assume hip pain is a result of old age, but it can and does affect people of all ages, especially athletes and dancers. Even though the hip is an extremely durable joint, the cartilage and tendons can wear down and the muscles can tire. Not to mention the hip bone itself, like any other bone, can break.
